   3. Larsen and Toubro are also handling Package 3, comprising the stretch from 18.187 km to NH-4B at Chirle. T
   4. he Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) package, including toll and transport management systems, is being executed by STRABAG – EFKON India JV.
