  2. Project Packages and Contractors: The MTHL project has been divided into three civil packages and one system package.
    1. Larsen and Toubro – IHI Corporation JV are responsible for Package 1, covering the section from Sewri up to marker 10.38 km.
    2. Daewoo E&C – Tata Projects Limited JV are undertaking Package 2, which spans from marker 10.38 km to step 18.187 km.
    3. Larsen and Toubro are also handling Package 3, comprising the stretch from 18.187 km to NH-4B at Chirle. T
    4. he Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) package, including toll and transport management systems, is being executed by STRABAG – EFKON India JV.

These experienced contractors ensure the smooth implementation of the project, adhering to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) guidelines.
